Adrian Larry Hansen

Adrian Larry Hansen, born on August 26, 1945, in Salina, Utah, passed away peacefully at his home in Orem, Utah on November 15, 2023. He was the son of Jay Francis Hansen and Wanda Christina Larsen.

Adrian was a loving brother, uncle, and friend. He had a generous spirit, and unforgettable laugh that touched the lives of those around him. His kind-hearted nature endeared him to all who knew him.

He attended Granger high school and worked in the dairy business for 30 years with a fulfilling career at Meadow Gold Dairy. His dedication and hard work made him a valued member of the industry.

In March of 1966, Adrian answered the call to serve his country by joining the Army. He bravely served in the Vietnam War from 1966 to 1968. During his service, Adrian displayed exceptional skills as a sharpshooter and marksman, and was a significant contributions to his unit.

Outside of work and military service, Adrian enjoyed various hobbies and interests. He had a deep passion for hunting, fishing, camping, and 4-wheeling up Twelve Mile Canyon. Music held a special place in Adrian's heart, and he amassed an impressive collection of CDs throughout his adult years. Additionally, he shared a deep bond with his lifelong companions, his dogs Pugsley, Obie and Winston.

Adrian's passing leaves behind a void in the lives of those who knew him best. He will be dearly missed by his surviving siblings: Gordon (Natalie) Hansen, Lisa (Doug) McKell, Craig (Angie) Hansen, Kyle (Debbie) Hansen; nephews and nieces: Jeffrey (JoAnn) Hansen, Bradley (Bobbie) Hansen, Lori (Robert) Aitken, David Hansen, Bryan (Maryann) Hansen), Kenneth Hansen and Christina Perchon; and many great-nieces and great-nephews who loved him dearly.

A visitation for Adrian Larry Hansen will be held on November 25, 2023, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Orem Park 4th Ward - 114 South 400 West, Orem, Utah. I This will be followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. Adrian will be laid to rest with Military Honors in in Scipio City Cemetery at 3:00 PM on the same day.

Adrian's life was an example of perseverance, endless support, love and selfless giving. He leaves behind cherished memories that will be forever etched in the hearts of his loved ones. May he rest in peace and may his legacy continue to inspire others to live life with a love of music, and generosity.
