Aleesa Dawn Williams, age 32, passed away unexpectedly in the early morning hours of October 25th, 2024, at her family’s home. Born on November 3, 1991, in Salt Lake City to Jan and Sheldon Williams, Aleesa's time on Earth may have been short, but it was filled with an abundance of love, laughter, and an unwavering commitment to those she cared about.
Aleesa’s professional journey was one of both passion and impact. She began her career in hospitality management and quickly made a name for herself. As one of the early managers at Black Rifle Coffee, Aleesa played an instrumental role in the company’s beginnings and growth, helping it reach new heights. At Buffalo Wild Wings, she rose through the ranks and became a manager. Her entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly when she later went on to build her own coffee brand, Renegade Coffee, traveling to numerous events to share her products with the world. Aleesa’s adventurous side also led her to a career as a flight attendant, allowing her the opportunity to explore major U.S. cities and connect with people from all walks of life.
But perhaps Aleesa’s most remarkable quality was her ability to make meaningful connections with everyone she met. She was known for her warmth, humor, and kindness, and she had a unique gift for making others feel seen and heard. She could walk into any room and light it up with her infectious laughter, drawing people in with her genuine love and empathy. Aleesa’s heart was as big as her smile, and she particularly had a love for children and animals. She was also known to always give her time and energy to those in need. Her family was a central part of her life, and over the years, she played a crucial role in raising her siblings and serving as a beloved aunt to her nieces.
Aleesa’s bright light touched the lives of so many, and she leaves behind a legacy of compassion, service, and joy. Her approach to life, characterized by her generous heart and unwavering support for those around her, serves as a reminder to all of us about the importance of kindness and community.
She is survived by her father, Sheldon Williams; her sister, Ashlee Williams; her brothers, Anthony Ulibarri, Austin Miller, Ashton Williams, Andy Williams, and Adam Williams; as well as numerous family members, friends, and loved ones whose lives were enriched by her presence.
Aleesa’s memory will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her family finds comfort knowing that her spirit will continue to shine brightly in their lives, just as it did during her time with us.
A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on November 9th, 2024 at the 5th East Hall (455 East 200 South, American Fork, UT) at 11am, followed by a Graveside Ceremony at American Fork Cemetary at 1:30pm that same day. All are welcome to attend either celebration.
Rest in peace, Aleesa. You were a true light in this world, and you will never be forgotten.
