Alfred J Egbert passed away on December 3, 2007, due to complications with brain tumors. He was born to Alfred Egbert and Dorothy Egbert (both deceased).
Alfred enjoyed reading (especially historical books), listening to music, traveling with his family, and wrestling with the grandkids. He was a patient and caring man who worked hard and earned the respect of his coworkers. He was funny and very clever with his comments. There was always laughter around him. He treated people the way he wanted to be treated. He had a very keen mind for business.
He is survived by his wife (which he often referred to as his bride), 3 children, 8 grandchildren, 2 sisters, nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends. Alfred was loved by anyone who met him.
Services will be help on Monday, December 10th at 11 am at the LDS Parkway Stake Center at 2811 S. 6400 W. West Valley City, Utah, 84128. There will be a viewing at the same address starting at 10 am. Alfred will be put to rest at Camp Williams. We will miss you.
