Allen G. Windley passed away on May 15, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born January 9th 1956 in Brigham City, Utah to LaMar and Elaine Windley.
He graduated from Box Elder High School, Stevens Henager Business College and Weber State College. He was a member of the Farr West 4th Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and he served a mission to London England. While attending Stevens Henager he met Karen Olson. They were married on September 26th 1980 in the Ogden Utah Temple. They were blessed with three boys.
Allen loved sports and he excelled in football and baseball during his school years. He also enjoyed golfing and fishing with family and friends. He worked as a Computer Programmer and Analyst for many years for Convergys.
He is survived by his sons: Michael, Jason (Audrey), and Tyler; his Grandchildren: Brooklyn, Christopher, Kylee, and Madison; His mother Elaine; Brothers, David and Brian; Sister in Law Judy (Brent) Taylor; Brother in Law Tony Lofgren; and many other family members who he loved. He was preceded in death by his Wife Karen; Father LaMar; his In-Laws Hartley and Margaret; and Sister in Law Sandra.
Funeral Services for Allen will be held at 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 23, 2019, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Far West Stake Center, 2132 West 2700 north, Farr West, Utah. A time a Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be in Hooper Cemetery
