Ann Baxter Christensen, loving and lively wife, mother, and friend, died on November 2, 2009 at her home in Park City, Utah. Ann was a vivacious, creative, thoughtful and kind individual. She made everyone smile by her unique ways.
Ann was born on September 27, 1950 to Ada and Ken Baxter. She grew up in Rose Park where her creativity blossomed. She attended West High School where she graduated with a 4.0. On July 20, 1972, she married Todd Hatfield Christensen, solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple in 2003. their love was an example to everyone who knew them. They spent 37 wonderful years together.
Ann is survived by her devoted and loving husband Todd, and her four children, Justin (Jamie) Christensen, Amber Christensen, Chelsea (Benjam) Welker, and Bree (Nate) Millard, and four grandchildren.
Ann is preceded in death by Daniel Baxter and Federico Campanini.
Ann was a homemaker and a cheerleader to everyone. Ann was a devoted member of the LDS Church. She was famous for her birthday signs and her carefree spirit, truly an angel that touched everyone with her unique Ann nature.
Her kind presence will be missed, but her spirit will be with us forever. There will be a viewing on Sunday, November 8 at the LDS Kimball Ward (2550 Kilby Rd.) from 6-8p.m. and on Monday, November 9 from 10:30-11:45a.m. Funeral services will be at the Kimball Ward on Monday at 12p.m. Burial will be at the Salt Lake City Cemetery following the services.
