Arlene passed on the morning of 12/26/2010. She was born in a farm house in Madisen, Nebraska on 12/20/1924 to Ralph Edmond Dover and Eva Sophia Plugge Dover. Her husband, Alvin Randolph Kilgore, preceeded her in death. She is survived by sister June Marquart, brother Donald Dover, brother Dean Dover, sister Faye Peckumn and daughter Linda Mae PoWell. She graduated from Madison High School in Madison, Nebraska and during her life, she worked at the Naval base in San Diego, California. She retired from working as a clerk in the Driver's License department for the state of Nebraska. She was interested in sewing and doll collecting and gardening. She had a large doll collection. She will be interred in The Wyuka Cemetary in Lincoln, Nebraska, where she will share the grave with her husband. Her daughter and son-in-law will carry her to Lincoln, Nebraska, in the early spring. The family would like to express their appreciation to all the people on the west eighth floor of the LDS hospital who made the last days of her life comfortable.
