Beth M. Florez, 73, our loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, an elect lady, passed away quietly at her home in the Legacy Assisted Living Center on Monday January 31, 2011.
She was born on May 4, 1937 in Beaver, Utah to Lloyd T. Muir and Maurine A. Andersen.
She was married to Stanley Merion Larsen, then later divorced.
Beth was a woman of extraordinary talents. She had a great love for cooking, jigsaw puzzles, crocheting, reading and playing bingo with her friends at the Legacy Assisted Living Center.
Beth loved the Lord and the gospel of Jesus Christ.
She is survived by her children, Richard (Teri) Larsen (Gilbert, AZ) , MaryBeth (Richard) Snow (Sandy, UT), Donald (Vanessa) Larsen (Gilbert, AZ), Michael Larsen (Fort Mohave, AZ) and Brent (Karen) Larsen (Clinton, UT); 21 grandchildren; 43 great-grandchildren; and sister, Dorothy Meacham.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday February 5, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at the Sandy LDS chapel located at 1050 E. Galena Dr. (9800 S.) Sandy, Utah. The viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.
