He was born on April 1, 1933 in Carbon County, Texas.
He was married to Janet Wilson Hall in 1957.
Bob is survived by his children, Leslie Hall Proctor and Scott Hall and seven grandchildren.
He was beloved by his family and many friends.
Bob received a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Utah.
He worked in the cable television industry for a number of years and was a principal at Ad Systems, Inc. He loved woodworking and created many beautiful pieces of furniture and other items.
A graveside service will be held at Ogden City Cemetery, 700 East 20th Street. Saturday, September 8th at 11:00 a.m.
Post funeral reception at the LDS wardhouse 5235 Wesley Road, Murray 84117, 3:00 p.m.
