Bobby C. Morris

Bobby C. Morris joined his eternal companion Martha on October 20, 2012. Bobby was born on February 17, 1932 in Hattiesburg, MS to Ransom and Connie Mae Morris. He attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where he met Martha Galbraith. They were married on October 8, 1954 in Philadelphia, PA. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on July 12, 1956. Bobby served in the United States Air Force and then later in the United States Navy. He was a faithful member of the LDS Church and ordinance worker in the Jordan River Temple before his health declined. Bobby is survived by a son, Robert (Cheri) of West Jordan and daughter, Liz (Paul) Muir of Kearns. He is survived by six grandchildren, Lisa and Steven Morris of West Jordan, Brandon Muir, currently serving in the Washington Tacoma LDS mission, Jeremy, Danyele, and Caitlin of Kearns. He is also survived by brothers, Donald and Ned Morris and sisters Gloria Frederick, Mary Blake, Joan Goodwin, and Sandra Moody. The family would like to express their appreciation to David and Kathy Oakley and the family of Fabio Sagebin for the love and support of our father. Graveside services will be held Friday, November 9, 2012, 11am at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park, Bluffdale, UT. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at any Jordan Credit Union under the name of Elizabeth Muir for help with funeral expenses.
