Bradley Keller Mackenzie

Bradley Keller Mackenzie, affectionately known as Brad, touched the lives of all those who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Born on September 24, 1988, in Salt Lake City, Utah, Brad was a shining star from the very beginning. He attended Kearns High School, where he was on the football and wrestling teams and developed lifelong friendships that would stand the test of time. With a passion for detail, he channeled his talents and attention in the automotive industry, leaving his mark on every car he worked on.

In 1990, Brad's world took an unexpected turn at age 2 when he was diagnosed with leukemia. Soon he showed that he was a fearless toddler and would face his battle head-on. He never refused treatment and showed great courage when under going his many treatments and medical tests. With remarkable resilience and strength, Brad underwent countless sessions of chemo and radiation which left him with long term health issues. He showed great courage and inspired everyone who knew him from doctors to nurses and especially his family. Often his childhood was restricted because of his cancer battle.

Brad knew how to live life. He loved going to concerts, especially those at Usana Amphitheater. He always wanted to be right up front in the mix. Brad loved music and appreciated all rock music, from the Beatles to todays top rock hits.

Brad brought joy to those around him with his infectious laughter and teasing nature. Full of life, ready for adventure and a lover of the outdoors. When he was with a group or friends or family, he was always willing to lend a hand. Whether casting lines from the shore or gliding across serene waters in his canoe, nothing made him happier than reeling in a big trout. Over the years, times like this became his passion and truly brought out his joy.

On Sunday, January 7th, 2024 he passed away with his family gathered around him. Brad's departure leaves behind a void that cannot be filled, but the memories he created will continue to bring solace and warmth to all who loved him. His teasing nature, infectious laugh, and the adventures he embarked upon will forever be cherished.

Brad's legacy lives on through his two boys, Kolton and Jaxon Mackenzie. As a loving father, he poured his heart and soul into nurturing their happiness and well-being. Through them, he relived a happier and healthier childhood, creating an everlasting bond that even death cannot diminish. Brittney Sucec, his former wife with whom he had his son Kolton Bradley Mackenzie. Jazmine Robertson, the mother of his youngest son Jaxon Franky Mackenzie. Hailee Stanger, whom he was very close to and was his best friend. He leaves behind grieving parents Frank Eduard Mackenzie and his wife Sarah Mackenzie, mother Molly Mackenzie-Fahl, brother Broque Dillion Mackenzie and his wife Brittanie Mackenzie, sister Kayla Fahl, as well as many loving grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Preceded in death by his loving step father Jason Scott Fahl, uncle Francis B. Mackenzie, and maternal grandmother Maggie I. Higbee.
