Bret Slaughter

Born October 4, 1969, Bret passed away at the young age of 42 on October 3, 2012. He graduated from Kearns High School and was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He will be dearly missed by his stepfather and mother, Steve and Sue Meik; his uncle and aunt, Tom and Rose Bahr who were there for him until the end; uncle Gary (Becky) Truman; aunt Angela Truman; brothers, Wade Slaughter and Jeff (Jill) Howe; Jessie Meik, Eric Meik, ex-wife Feleisha DiAntonio who was his life long friend and soul mate, and her three children.
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 11 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel Salt Lake located at 460 West Century Drive (4350 S.) A viewing will be held 1 hour prior. Interment at Utah Veterans Memorial Park.
