Carl Matthew Brantley passed away at home unexpectedly on February 13, 2009, from complications following knee surgery. Carl was born June 6, 1970 in Denver Colorado to Donald and Bonnie Brantley. Carl served a mission in the Corpus Christi Texas mission and was actively serving in his ward. Carl was an automotive instructor for Mountainland Applied Technical College. He earned a BS degree from UVSC and an MBA from Regis University.
Carl built custom motorcycles, enjoyed shooting and collecting guns, loved the Denver Broncos, enjoyed camping and fishing, and was a great uncle.
Carl is survived by his parents Donald and Bonnie Brantley, his older brothers Steve (Diana) and Tim (Elaine) Brantley and his sister Lorrie (Mark) Stanker.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 20, 2009 at the Oak Hills Stake Center 925 East North Temple Drive in Provo Utah at 11:00 a.m. A viewing will be held at the same location from 9:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m.
