Carmon Perry, our loving and faithful father, passed peacefully away of natural causes at age 90 in his home January 27, 2012.
He was born September 20, 1921 in Cokedale, Colorado and spent his youth living in Kemmerer, Wyoming. He attended Wyoming University until the start of World War II when he joined the US Navy and gave five years of dedicated service.
After the war he met his eternal sweetheart, Lucy Woolley, from Magna, Utah. They were married in the Salt Lake Temple on February 28, 1951. They lived most of their married life in Price, Utah.
Throughout his life Carmon was an active, faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and a member of the Lions Club for over 40 years.
He is survived by his good wife and his five children; Michael, Kathleen, Alan, Doug, and Nancy. His descendants include 21 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren. They are the joy of his life!
A viewing for family and friends will be held Tuesday, January 31st from 6:30-8:00 pm at the LDS Chapel located at 7079 West Rose Canyon in Herriman, Utah. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at the same location on Wednesday, February 1st and an additional viewing will be held an hour prior to services.
