Gunlock, UT - Carol Lawhon, 75, passed away on February 9, 2011, in St. George, UT. She was born April 24, 1935 in Roosevelt, UT, to Clifford and Elvira Moffitt Rutherford.
She is survived by her husband: Perry Willis Lawhon Jr.; children: Mark Clifford Rutherford, Steven Kirk Rutherford, Sherry Annette Schoettler, Lorrie Deanna Smith, and Elizabeth Kelly Cockrall; 16 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; a sister Janice; and brothers Ross, Burke and Dale. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 12, 2011, at 12:00 p.m. at the Gunlock LDS Ward Chapel. A visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. prior to services at the chapel. Interment will follow at the Gunlock City Cemetery.
