Cleotilda Chavez-Chavira passed away peacefully on October 25, 2010 at her home in Heber City, Utah. Funeral Mass will be held on October 29th at the St Mary Catholic Church in Park city, Utah at 12:00 noon. Interment will take place at the Heber City Cemetery.
