Chris Wayne Urwin

Chris Wayne Urwin passed away peacefully on January 28th, 2011. Chris was born on March 1st, 1975 to Randy Wayne Urwin and Kathleen Maire Husbands in Salt Lake City, Utah. Chris enjoyed playing games with his son and nephew, and he enjoyed doing new things. Chris always tried to make people happy. He loved the outdoors, and enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends.
Chris was preceded in death by his son Shivez. He is survived by his son, Chris Lewis; Sister Becky Ballaine; and his nephew Kristian Ballaine. The family would like to offer their special thanks to the Intermountain Medical Center 5th floor personnel, and everyone that helped take care of him.
