Creed D Ford

Born July 24, 1921 to Mirl and Annie Mae. Sealed to Gladys Mae Garlick in the Salt Lake Temple. His greatest love in this life was his family. He passed June 18, 2009 in his home surrounded by his family. He was preceeded in death by his wife and son Larry Creed. He is survived by three grandchildren: Larry Creed, Jr (Stephanie), Scott David (Janelle), Kerliyn (Matthew) and three great grandsons. He will be interred in the Springville Evergreen Cemetery.
