He is survived by: his parents Kenneth and Janet Owen of St. George, UT; and grandmothers Dolores Friberg and Billye Friberg of Bend, OR; aunts Marie Vaughan of Yuma, AZ, Donna Best of Salem, OR; and uncle Allen Friberg of Prosser, WA. He was preceded in death by his brother Mike Owen.
Services will be held Monday, September 5, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. at the St. George East Stake, Ninth Ward LDS Chapel, 550 E. 700 S., St. George, UT. Interment will take place at the Tonaquint Cemetery, St. George, UT. Arrangements are under the direction of SereniCare Funeral Home, St. George, UT, 986-2085.
