Daryl Reed Saunders

Daryl Reed Saunders, our loving Son, Brother, and Uncle passed away unexpectedly, Thursday, July 22, 2010 at the age of 43. Daryl was a loving person who always put others first. He was born January 14, 1967 to Colleen and Mahlon Dean Saunders in Salt Lake City, Utah. Daryl loved and collected model cars, art and video movies among many other things. He was an avid Ebay seller. Daryl was raised in Sandy, Utah and later moved to West Jordan. Daryl is survived by his mother Colleen Saunders. Two brothers, Gary Saunders of Seattle, WA, Wayne Saunders of West Jordan, Utah, and a sister, Julia Rigdon of Kearns. He had many nieces and nephews, Rusty, Jeremy, Brooke, Michael, Ashley and Christopher. Daryl, we will all miss you greatly. You have touched our lives in a way you'll never know. Daryl will be missed by his Dog who loved him very much. He is preceded in death by his father, Mahlon Dean Saunders. There will be a small viewing, Monday, August 2, 2010 at Serenicare Funeral Home (12278 S. Lone Peak Parkway in Draper, Utah) from 1:30 to 2:30 PM followed by a graveside service at 3:00 PM in the Redwood Memorial Estates Cemetery. At Daryl's request, there will not be a service but a celebration of life with friends and family following the cemetery at Daryl's home. Daryl, we love and miss you.
