Our loving husband, father and grandfather, David Paul Jacobs, passed away at home on February 24, 2011. He was born on December 1, 1943 in Detroit, Michigan to Arthur Daniel and Rasta Lee Davidson Jacobs.
David married the love of his life, Joan L. Jacobs, on July 16, 1966 in Oxford, Michigan. They have two sons, David P. Jacobs and Robert J. Jacobs. They have 5 grandchildren, David P. Jacobs, Dylan M. Jacobs, Christian A. Jacobs, Ethan A. Jacobs and Ashley McNab. They have 2 great-grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his three sisters, Louella, Chris, Edie and one brother, John.
David attended the Michigan School for the Deaf. He loved cars, sports and washing the cars.
He will be missed by all.
