David Leon Swenson

David Leon Swenson , 24 of Salem, Utah, our precious son, brother, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend left us on May 11, 2007.
David graduated from Payson High School and had been attending UVSC for the past two years. He worked with his father in the family painting business as a craftsman painter.
David fought a courageous battle with his health, never letting it prevent him from enjoying the things he loved.
Dave was talented at everything he tried. He loved music and played acoustic and electric guitar. All enjoyed listening to David play and sing. His intelligence and great sense of humor made David a joy to be around. He enjoyed the outdoors and especially the Alaskan fishing trip he took with his father. Dave loved his four wheeler and riding with his friends and cousins. His sister, Natalie, was his closest and most loved companion.
David is survived by his parents, Greg and Becky Swenson, Salem, sister Natalie Swenson, Eugene, Oregon, grandmother, Jerry Golding, Saint George, grandparents, Leon & Kathleen Swenson, Springville, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday May 15, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at the Salem City Cemetery 130 East 965 South, Salem. Family and friends are also invited to call on the family after the service at the Swenson home.
