DelRoy Guymon-age 65, died peacefully on Monday, Nov. 29, 2010 due to a glioblastoma multiforme brain tumor. Born Sept. 27, 1945 in Idaho Falls, ID to William Mack Guymon & Doloris Harmon, as the 5th of 7 children. He graduated from Bonneville High School in 1964. Later fulfilled a work mission for the LDS church in Las Vegas, NV and enlisted in the USAF for a brief time. He was sealed to Alease Cox on Feb. 24, 1969 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He retired from Steelco after 36 years on Dec 31, 2008. Of all the various callings he held in the church, Scouting was what he loved to do. In 2008, he received the Silver Beaver-the highest award for a volunteer scout. Survived by his wife and eternal companion, Alease; 4 sisters Janet Farnworth, Trudy (Jim) Hess, Grace (Craig) Winn, Linda (Jim) Lovell; 2 brothers, Wesley, Mack (Rhonda); his children, Chris (Stacy), Staci (Jason) Nay, Sean (Jennifer) and Tyler (Deeann), 13 grandchildren whom he adores, and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his son Gene and his parents William Mack Guymon, Doloris Harmon and Darius Hall.
