Denise Claire Webb Turtschi

Our beloved Denise passed away April 14, 2008 in Provo, Utah from pneumonia after nobly and gracefully enduring multiple sclerosis for over three decades. She is the daughter of Collin F. Webb and Carol Johnson Webb.
She served a mission to Vancouver, Canada for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, returned to BYU to finish a BA degree in Child Development and Family Relations, and also studied for a semester in Salzburg, Austria. As a child, Denise loved to dance and performed with Ballet West at Kingsbury Hall in the Nutcracker. She enjoyed tutoring and teaching reading skills to young children and also to a handicapped adult. She had a lovely singing voice and was very interested in church history and working in the Family History Library. She sought truth wherever she could find it and was an especially avid student of health and nutrition.
She dearly loved her family and friends and desired to be helpful to each one. She delighted in inviting people to sit in her front yard to view the Manti pageant each June. She was married to Lawrence A. Turtschi on Feb. 29, 2000. She is survived by her mother, a brother Steven (Dariel), a sister René©e Green (James), and a sister Margot Greer and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father (11-04) and a brother, Craig Webb. (7-07). Funeral services will be held Sat., April 19.08 at 11:00 am. With a viewing held at 9:00 to 11:00 am.
