Donald Eugene Weeks passed away on December 29, 2009. Don was born on October 8th, 1962 to his loving parents Florine and Von Weeks in Santa Rosa, California. He was married to Elizabeth Ann Jones on April 25th, 1985 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Don was survived by his wife Elizabeth; his 7 children: Jennifer Ann, Melanie Ann (Thomas Felt), April Rose, Jessica Lynn, Michelle Nicole, Samuel Thomas, and Joshua Allen; his mother Florine (Schultze) Weeks and father Von Weeks; his siblings: Von (Jeannie), Florine (Ron Meacham), Dianna (Steve Powell), Janice (Don Greenburg), and James (Kristi). Don was preceded in death by his brother Billy.
Don attended Richfield High School and Utah Valley State College. Through out his life Don was a craftsman, a woodworker and a carpenter. He also enjoyed giving service as he spent time in the Scouting Program working as a Scout Master.
A viewing will be held at the Elk Ridge 4th Ward - located at 450 N. Park Drive in Elk Ridge - on Saturday, January 2nd, 2010 at 9 a.m., with the funeral services to follow at 11 a.m. The interment will be held at the Vermillion City Cemetery.
Don was a beloved husband, father, son, uncle, friend, and scout master. He will be greatly missed.
