Doris Elizabeth Martin

Our loving mother, Doris Elizabeth Martin passed away July 20, 2011. She was born October 17, 1929 in Spencer, Nebraska to Albert F. and Myrtle Edith Parsons Loock.
Doris was raised and attended school in Spencer, Nebraska. She married Ora M. Martin on February 28, 1953 in Ogden City, Utah.
Her greatest accomplishment in life was that of being a loving mother. She loved to cook for her family. She also loved to draw and do puzzles. She also collected salt and pepper shakers and old records.
Doris has 6 children, Phillip J. Martin (Irene), Albert M. Martin, William E. Martin, Christopher A. Martin, Charles A. Martin (Joann), Violet M. Clayton (Gregory), and 2 grandchildren Jamie L. Lundin (Kenny) and Stewart K. Clayton (Aja) and 2 great-grandchildren Elijah and Louis.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ora M. Martin, 3 sisters, Ardith, Lucille, Alberta and 4 brothers, Lucian, Leo, Joe and Art.
The family would like to give special thanks to Lakeview Hospital and their many caring nurses, Dr. J. Jensen and CNS Hospice.
