Dorothy Coelho, 90, passed away April 17, 2008 in Orem, Ut. She was born in Camden, N.J. on February 7, 1918 to James and Ruth Murray. Dorothy was raised in New Jersey, she lived many years in California, and then moved to Utah in 2001. She was a talented artist and musician, and used these talents in the service of others. She spent many hours entertaining at rest homes for the elderly in her younger years. Dorothy was loved for her sense of humor. In 1946 Dorothy married John Florentine. They were divorced. She later married Manuel Coelho, who died in 1985. Dorothy was the mother of four daughters, Evelyn (Ernie) Trebing, Virginia (Ralph) Sokolowsky, Kathy (Richard) Foster, and Frances Florentine. Dorothy has 11 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. Dorothy's family would like to thank all those who have done so much for her. Friends and caretakers are invited to an open house to honor her life at 974 N. 520 E., in Orem on Tuesday, April 22, from 11:30-1:30. Grave side services will be held at Timpanogos Memorial Gardens at 1000 N. 400 E. in Orem at 2:00 p.m. Online condolences may be submitted to www.serenicare.com
