Born January 29, 1999, Dylan passed away February 18, 2023 as a passenger in a motor vehicle accident. He was born January 29, 1999 to Taryn Nicole Richey and James Patrick Wigge. He attended Pikes Peak Online School, graduating class of 2017. He worked in sales.
Dylan was a fun, loving and big hearted young man. Dylan loved all sports, especially basketball, skateboarding and had recently picked up snowboarding and golf and was looking forward to golfing with his uncles and best friend this summer. Dylan loved music and taught himself guitar and piano over the years which could be heard often at grandma and grandpa Richey’s house. He also loved to sing and Grandma enjoyed listening to him when they drove. Dylan loved working on cars and thoroughly enjoyed his job in sales. He had high hopes of pursuing a career in sales management, as he enjoyed working with people. Dylan loved his family and was a proud big brother to Caidan and Baylee and had a very special bond with his late mother, Taryn Richey. Dylan grew up with a large, loving and at times chaotic family that consist of several aunts, uncles and cousins; but especially by his grandparents Roger and Brenda whom he lived with throughout his life and most recently leading up to his death. There are countless trips, outings, vacations and days spent with his cousins and extended family that the family will cherish forever. Dylan was funny, loved to joke around and was frequently teasing and pranking his large family. Dylan was taken too soon, by a fatal car accident and will be sorely missed. May you rest in peace Dylan in the loving arms of your mom until we see you again.
Proceeded in death by his mother Taryn Nicole Richey
Survived by his brother Caidan, sister Baylee, grandparents Roger and Brenda Richey, great grandparents Lee and Barbara Uncles and many loving aunts and uncles and cousins.
