Edward Skip Lewis

Edward "Skip" C Lewis Jr. Edward "Skip" C Lewis Jr. age 62 of West Valley City, Utah died peacefully at home Monday, April 20, 2009. Skip was born February 13, 1947 in Jasper, Alabama, the son of Edward Crow Lewis Sr. and Elcy Beatrice Rodgers. He attended schools in Hammond, Louisiana. In 1964 he enrolled with the U.S. Navy.
Skip married Georgia A Lawrence in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 28, 1978. He worked hard to support his family and took Pride in being a Truck Driver. He was employed by Young and Associates for seventeen years before illness moved him to retire. Skip loved to fish and to be with his family.
He is survived by his wife Georgia Lewis and his children, James (Becky) Lewis, Brandon Lewis (Nate), Nichole Sivels, Jeffrey Lewis, Marissa Lewis and Joshua Lewis. His brothers and sister, Jim (Charlotte) Lewis, Doug (Julie) Lewis and Debra (Jerry) Bonner. Eight grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Charlotte. Children missing from his life- John, Michelle, Debra, Toni, Mariah.
