Our beloved little angel Emilee Beth Sainsbury returned peacefully to her Heavenly Father on December 8th, 2007, at her home in Covered Bridge Canyon, Spanish Fork, Utah. Emilee was born December 30, 1986 in Orem, Utah to Sterling Bailey and Cindi Whittaker Sainsbury. Despite her extremely painful illness, Emilee remained good-natured and always made those around her laugh. Emilee loved sports. Known by family and friends as 'Emmo,' she played basketball while at Spanish Fork Jr. High and enjoyed participating in the Jr. Jazz program. Emilee loved going with her dad on date nights and cheering for her favorite teams, BYU and the Utah Jazz. Emilee was quiet and spiritual, and she loved teaching her little primary class each Sunday. Emilee understood the responsibility of helping her 'little ones' gain strong testimonies of Jesus Christ. Music was always an important element of Emilee's life. In fact, Emilee was a member of the Grobanitesa"the original Josh Groban fan club. She personally met Josh and enjoyed traveling around the country going to his concerts. His music truly lifted her. Emilee had a beautiful voice and she loved singing with her mother and sisters. Emilee is survived by her parents: Sterling and Cindi Sainsbury, grandparents: Karron and Alan Whittaker, Clara Jackson, Cleleo and Beth Jensen. Siblings: Jordan and Megan Sainsbury, Christopher and Cami Sainsbury, Haylee and Colter Whiteley, Jenalee and McKay Sainsbury and her little nephews, Gavin and Talmage.
