Fetulimoeata "Taeauna" Tonga 1933-2012
Taeauna left this earthly life surrounded by his loving wife Emma and his family and grandchildren on May 31st, 2012.
He was born in the village of Fatai, Tongatapu Tonga on December 1st, 1933 to Peniueti and Moala Kalolaine Sikalele Tonga. He was married to 'Emaline Kona'i in 1954 and she passed away in 1982, and then he was married again to Setatita Emma Tu'itavuki in Salt Lake City, Utah and later sealed for time and eternity in the Provo, LDS Temple, Utah.
He leaves behind 4 brothers & 3 sisters. 'Ana(Tupou)'Iongi, Matalave(Matelita)Tonga, Vesosio('Ana)Tonga, Sitiita(Sione)Vailea, Kalolo(Malia)Tonga, Kilisitina(Feleti)'Iongi, Siaosi(Mafi)Tonga.
He has such a caring and loving personality. He loved children and they all love him back. He loved to spend time with family.
He was a skilled cement worker and enjoyed doing work for others. He enjoyed fixing everything and anything and he was respected for having those trades. Taeauna raised many children that was not his own, he has such a BIG loving heart.
He is survived by his loving wife 'Ema and children Sila(Melissa)Tonga of Orem, Utah. Heneli(Rebecca)'Iongi of American Fork, Utah. Tonga(Mele)Tu'itupou of Tonga Islands. Also many many grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents and late wife 'Emmaline.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, June 9, 2012, at the American Fork 2nd(Tongan Ward)at 825 E 500 North American Fork, Utah. A viewing will be held Friday, June 8, 2012 from 7-10 p.m. at the same location and Saturday at the same Ward from 8:00am-10:30am prior to services. Interment: American Fork City Cemetery 26 W 600 North.
