Forrest "Frosty" H. Wardle was born March 12, 1937, to John and Gladys Wardle. He passed away June 22, 2008.
Frosty was raised in Lapoint, Utah. He was a skilled craftsman in the Auto Body Repair Industry for more than 40 years.
Survived by his Children, Lance (Denise) Wardle, Shirl (Melissa) Wardle, Gay (Jim) Chapman. He was preceded in death by his sister, parents, wife, Dorothy and son Troy.
Frosty's quick sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him.
Viewing will be on Thursday June 26, 2008 at the LDS Church, 8485 S. 1000 E., Sandy, UT from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 am, Graveside Services will follow at the Sandy City Cemetery 700 E. 9000 S. Sandy.
