Frank Norman Hill died Tuesday morning, November 14, 2006 at the age of 75, due to pulmonary failure after a short bout with pneumonia.
Frank was born October 23, 1931 to Lucius and Amplis Hill in Bernice, Idaho. The youngest of nine children, he lost his mother at the age of 6, and was raised mostly by his sister Merle.
He served in the Army as a teletype operator in Korea 1951-52, and married Rhea Giles on August 1st 1958 (divorced 1987).
Frank played the piano and organ, loved to sing and act, and was a dance instructor at Arthur Murray in his 20s. He participated in high school plays, and local theatrical productions later in life. He had a warm and generous nature and opened his home time and again to family and friends, where he enjoyed fussing over his guests. He deeply loved his children and grandchildren, and his little dogs, too.
Survived by his sister Thelma, his children, Brenda, Fred, Ronald, Steven, Jennifer, and Melissa, and 11 grandchildren. Preceded in death by his partner, Randy.
