Frederic Mark Smith

In loving memory of Mark Smith who passed away on October 25 2010. Mark was born and raised in the Salinas, California area, and later made his home in Roy, Utah. He was employed at Nutraceutical Corporation at the time of his death.
Mark was preceded in death by his father Fred Smith, mother Lois Woods, and brother Jeff Smith. Mark is survived by his life partner Peggy Kasper, Chris Smith, Kelli Smith, Brock Smith, Shaun and Juli County and family, David and Misty County and family, Steven and Danielle County.
We are respecting and honoring how Mark wanted his final arrangements to be done. He is an organ donor and wished to be cremated. No public service or viewing will be held.
Our family would like to give a special thank you to his co-workers who tried to help him that night, Nutraceutical Corporation and Sherrail for all of your help and support afterward. We would also like to thank Paul and SereniCare for their services.
