Gayla Ann Anderson, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and loyal friend, passed from this earthly existence on Saturday, April 26, 2008 after a valiant five month fight against cancer, never complaining, always hopeful and positive. Gayla was born in Provo Utah on November 30, 1949. She leaves behind many who loved her, including her husband, Randy Charles Anderson, who cherished and adored her. They were the best of friends. She leaves behind two sons, William Dennis and James and his wife Crystal Dennis along with their son, her cherished grandson Kaleb. In addition, she is survived by her mother, Lucile Fotheringham, brothers, Bryan and Greg Frew, Sisters, Sherrie (Randy) Willden and Lori (Kelly) Hiatt, brothers-In-Law, Jerry (Kathy) Anderson, Eddie (Margaret) Anderson and Richard Anderson and sisters-in-law, Connie (Paul) Burtis and Merlynn Brown . She was preceded in death and welcomed with open arms by her late husband, Keith Wardell, father, Russell E. Frew and sister, Jackie whom she talked of often and expressed how much she missed her as well as brother-in-law Kent (Bucky) Anderson, and mother-in-law Fern Anderson. Gayla was a devoted servant of the Lord and loved to attend church, as well as tell others of the grace and mercy she received from her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. The family would like to express special thanks to Laura Hancock for her dedicated service and constant care of Gayla these past few months allowing Randy to continue to work and provide for their financial needs. In addition, special thanks to Harmony Hospice, Joan, Tammie & Kim, for their kindness and generosity to all of us the last few days of Gayla's life. A viewing is scheduled for Thursday, May 1st, 6 - 8pm, Calvary Chapel of Salt Lake City, 460 West Century Drive (Off 4500 So) and again Friday, May 2nd, 10 - 11am with funeral services following @ 11am. Interment will be Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Mount Pleasant, Utah.
