Gaylene Stokes Bachman Voss

Gaylene Stokes Bachman Voss passed away peacefully on the 1st of September, 2009. Gaylene was born September 29, 1932 to Edwin Child and Wilma (Billy) Harris Stokes, in Ogden, Utah. She was raised in Ogden and attended School, graduating from Weber High and attending Weber college until she went to work at Hill Air Force Base. While working at Hill Air Force Base, she received 13 letters of commendation in her 30 years of employment there. She enjoyed music, dancing, traveling, camping and fishing, but specially spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Joan and Janiel, and one brother Gary. She will be missed by her husband of 25 years, Carl E. Voss of Sun City, Arizona, her daughter Beckey Bachman of Las Vegas, Nevada, her brothers, Ronald E. Stokes of Sun City, Arizona and Ashton (Bud) Stokes (Chris) of Tempe, Arizona, and her many friends in Utah and Arizona.
Viewing will be at the Roy 4th Ward at 5300 S. 2100 W. in Roy on the 9th of September from 10 a.m. to noon with the funeral services to follow.
