Our beloved Georgia
Our beloved Grandmother, Georgia Bettie Jolley left us to join her husband of 37 years, Ruben Guy Jolley with our Lord in heaven. She was born on July 1st, 1924 in Monroe, Utah to hard-working parents William and Audrey Torgerson. The oldest of eight children, Georgia began life caring for her family and continued to answer this calling throughout her life working with disabled children and giving of herself to the benefit of all who knew her. She lived in Pleasant Grove, Utah for most of her 84 years. She went peacefully from her residence in Ogden, Utah with her loving family by her side on the evening of February 17th, 2009. She is survived by her seven brothers and sisters and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Services will be held at the Lindon 3rd Ward, 25 North Main Street in Lindon, Utah with a public viewing on Friday February 20th from 6-8pm. A family viewing will take place on Saturday February 21st from 11am-12 noon immediately followed by funeral services at. Georgia's final resting place will be next to her loving husband at the Orem Cemetery.
