Helmer Norman Vangsnes "SWEDE"

Swede, 80, of Clinton, UT died on Monday, October 4, 2010. Swede, was born on March 9, 1930 in Haugesund Norway to Astrid Petterson and Fridtjof Vangsnes. Swede married Iris Champion on March 5, 1955 in Nottingham, England. He served in the United States Air Force from 1951-1956. He was a carpenter and was the owner of Do Drop Inn in Layton, UT. Swede is survived by his wife, Iris Vangsens and a son, Dr. Eric Vangsnes, Rockford, Michigan. The family would like to thank Rocky Mountain Hospice and Bryce and Sara Brunner for there love and care given to Swede. Private family services where held on Saturday, October 9, 2010.
