Jeneil Greenhalgh Wing
Our beloved mother & grandmother was called home on December 15th, 2011 after complications from a recent illness. She was born December 27, 1937 to Leland and Sadie Greenhalgh in Nephi, Utah. She resided in Provo for most of her life.
Jeneil worked in accounting for over 45 years. She was a hard-worker who worked tirelessly in order to care & provide for her three daughters. She always put her family first, and had a compassion and love for everyone she met.
She had a strong love for music and looked forward to the senior center dances each week. She was always ready to meet her family for lunch or dinner, or an unexpected shopping trip.
She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and had a deep love for the gospel. Her true happiness was spending time with her family. Her grandchildren have been extremely lucky to have such a wonderful example of pure, unconditional love.
She leaves behind her two daughters, Kaylynn Christiansen and Juli (Ken) Friel; six granddaughters and one-grandson, 11 great-grandchildren with two on-the-way; three brothers, Lee (Charlotte) Greenhalgh, Steve Painter, and Gene (Cheryl) Painter, and one sister Joyce (Keith) McCaffery.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Viki Wing, and two of her brothers (Dave Greenhalgh, Evan Greenhalgh).
