Jeremy Kiwiki Jacobsen: age 24, of Payson, Utah died Tuesday, June 10, 2008 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Jeremy was born July 16, 1983 in Payson, Utah, the son of Joseph Allen Jacobsen and Leila Lani Galbraith Jacobsen. He attended schools in Payson, Utah. He enjoyed hunting, NASCAR and baseball, which he had played in the Payson City baseball program growing up. Jeremy is survived by a son; Slayde Keleni Jacobsen, his girlfriend; Haley Hales, his parents; Joseph and Leila Jacobsen, a sister; April (Octavio) Angel, nephews; Dylan and Damian Angel, Grandparents; Garold and Helen Galbraith and William R. Jacobsen. Graveside services will be held Monday, June 16, 2008 at the Payson City Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. under the direction of Serenicare Funeral Home. Private family viewing time will be held prior to the service in the Payson LDS 11th Ward Chapel at 10:00 a.m.
