Joannie Draper Reese

Our loving Joannie Draper Reese passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2010. Joni was born on October 15, 1955 in Salt Lake City. She married the love of her life, Charles C. Reese on April 11, 1985 in Elko. She had one son, Jason who was the joy of her life. Joni attended Hillcrest High School. She loved being a mom to Jason. She had a big heart, loved animals and the outdoors.
Joni was preceded in death by her mom, Ida Rist. Survived by her husband, Chuck, her son Jason (Melissa), her granddaughter Mia, brother Calvin Rist (Jan), sisters Ida Sorenson, Caroline Snyder (Rodney), mother-in-law Bessie Reedeker, brother-in-law Mike Reese (Joyce), sisters-in-law Sue Kocher (Willie), Barbara Mackay and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Saturday, August 7, 2010, 10 am at Noah's 320 W. 11000 S. South Jordan, Utah.
A special thanks to the staff at IMC Critical Care Unit. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted.
