John Lawrence Green

John L. Green, 54, died at the V.A. Hospital November 22, 2010, following a courageous battle with heart disease and diabetes. John was born May 2, 1956 in Payson, Utah to John L and Geraldine Green. He served in the Army from 1975 to 1984. He met and married his wife Michaela in Kaiserlautern, Germany. They married August 26, 1983. John loved fishing and camping and just being outdoors. He had a great love for animals. He was a gentle soul with a great sense of humor and a fun sense of adventure. John is survived by his wife Michaela, daughter Patricia, mother Geraldine Maskil, sister and husband Judy and William Griswold, and nephews Tanner and Teig Anderson. He was preceded in death by father and brother John L. and Dave Green and niece Jayme Anderson. A celebration of life, in honor of John, will be planned at a later date.
