Jose Alberto "Al" Trujillo was born November 24, 1943 in Murray, Utah to Jose Alberto Trujillo aka Albert Joseph Trujillo and Alicia Florez.
He grew up in Magna, Utah and was a student of Cyprus High School Class of 1962. He was a very talented artist and joined the US Marine Corp as an engineer after graduating. He served in the Vietnam War and received an Honorable Discharge as a Corporal earning 4 medals.
He spent the following 35 years living in Orange County California continuing his work as an engineer in the aircraft industry, participating in such work as the Delta II Rocket Launch before moving back home to Utah and residing in Tooele for the last 8 years.
He was well known for his wit, humor, charm and love of reading.

He is survived by his five children, daughters: Amber Trujillo and Gina Trujillo de Salayandia, her husband Jose Salayandia, 2 grandchildren: Aaron and Krystal, his sons: Anthony Trujillo, Scott and his wife Tabitha Gaziano-Trujillo and Alex Trujillo as well as his sisters: Maxine, Rosemarie and Renita Trujillo and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Church services will be held Wednesday, December 28, 2011 at 11:00 am: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2864 South 9000 West, Magna UT 84044 Visitation first, with services following
Burial will be held at 1:45 pm at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park, 17111 South Camp Williams Road, Bluffdale, Utah 84065
For those that can attend, there will be a luncheon held back at the church following the burial.
