Just Beyond The Moon
Joseph Gene Carter was born on July 8, 1944 to William Francis and Deborah Edith Barney in Provo, UT. He left this world on July 29, 2010, at the age of 66, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Joe got his education and became a diesel mechanic and went to work for Warburtons Ready Mix in 1973. Which later became Ashrock Ready Mix and later Westroc. Joe continued on working for Westroc until December 2009. He loved his job and was the best at it. He taught his nephew Johnny everything he knew and he became his co-worker and he loved him dearly. Joe was a very loving and caring dad. He thought his kids could do no wrong and was always there to protect and love them. Joe was a kind and caring man.
