Joyce G. Meyer

Joyce G. Meyer, beloved wife and mother, returned home to her Father in Heaven on June 22, 2006. She was born June 1, 1939 in Provo, Utah to Dorothy Skinner Grange and Jesse Carl Christen. Later she was adopted by her step-father Lenis Gordon Grange. She married Lynn Johnson on June 25, 1958 and had two children. They later divorced then she married Michael James Meyer on August 26, 1989 in Orem, Utah they were later sealed in the Manti temple on July 22, 1992. Joyce loved horseback riding, the outdoors and dancing and was an excellent seamstress. She was down-to-earth and enjoyed serving others. Joyce is survived by a son and daughter, Greg Johnson (Shauna) of Sacramento, California and Sandy Pugh (Steve) of Riverton, Utah, a step-son, Shawn Meyer of Las Vegas and 6 wonderful grandchildren, Hillary, Dirk, Kevin, Shelby, Talon and Misty. She is also survived by two sisters Jessie McKinnon (John) and Denise Grange and two brothers Kent(Lanette) Grange and Gordon (Linda) Grange. A graveside service will be held 4:00pm, Saturday June 24, 2006 at East Lawn Memorial Hills Cemetery, 4800 North 650 East, Provo, Utah where friends and family are invited to attend.
