LaVerkin, UT, Judy "Gert" Ballard Martinez, 57, quietly passed away on April 21, 2012, at her home in LaVerkin, UT. Judy was born November 12, 1954, in Cedar City, UT, the forth of six children born to Durward S. Ballard and Joy Smith Ballard Kirk. Judy married Patrick Jerry Martinez on October 12, 1993. She is survived by: her Husband Patrick; children Kurt (Kim) Ballard of LaVerkin, UT, Larrry (Lori) Stratton of Cane Beds, AZ, Charlene Stratton of Carlsbad, NM, Ranee (Kevin) Stratton of Hurricane, UT; 13 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings, Edward (Barb) Ballard, Jason (Hazel )Ballard, Guy Ballard, Shirley (Danny) Button, and Elaine (Kurtis) Robertson.
