Karen Marie Moseley

Karen Marie Moseley passed away at her Ogden home on May 5, 2007. She was born Oct. 23, 1964 in Long Beach, CA to Betty Hansen and Woodrow New. She married Everett Moseley March 25, 1996 in We've Only Just Begun Wedding Chapel and it was soulmates at last. Karen and Everett were together with everything... best friends. They were apart only when it was time for work. The had known each other for just over 25 years. It was only the beginning. She found the man of her dreams she said, who gave her everything she ever wanted and more. Her awards in life were her beautiful children and her long-sought happiness.
Karen worked as a clerk for her father in her younger teen years, and for the Ogden Rescue Mission in her last few years with us. One of her hobbies was collecting crucifixes. She loved boating, fishing, and her electronics. She loved all the holidays with her family, fixing up the house for every holiday. She loved her children especially when they were involved in the holiday spirit. She loved road trips to her sister's house in Boise and little getaways with her hubby.
She is survived by her children; Savanah, Nicolas, Courtney, and Joshua; her dad, Woodrow New; her sister, Dawna Bond; and her mom, Betty Hansen.
Special thanks to Applegate Hospice: Mandy, Lindsey, and Tara (I love you), and to the men and women at HAFB for allowing me to take care of my wife in her final days. I love you all. Thank you Karina at Blue Cross and SereniCare Funeral Home.
A viewing will be held on Thursday May 10, 2007 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at the Washington Heights Baptist Church, 1770 E. 6200 S. in Ogden. Interment will follow at 3:00 pm at Leavitt's Aultorest Memorial Park. Share online condolences at www.serenicare.com.
Personal note: It's me, your hubby. I love you. I will always love you. I miss you so much. You helped make me the man I am today. You will always be my best friend, "my baby doll". You will forever be in my heart. One day we will be together again, forever and ever. Amen. Everett.
