Karen Lucile Taylor

Karen Lucile Smith Taylor, 68, passed away peacefully October 9, 2008 after a long struggle with her health. Mom was born on January 28, 1940 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Lucile Rees and William Amos Smith. She grew up in Salt Lake City and graduated from East High School. She married Myles Lavar Taylor Jr. on March 27, 1958. Karen is survived by two sons Denton Lavar and Scott Gregory Taylor, daughter Shalice Marik Reynoso, 7 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, companion David Delgado, sister LaRae Pratt and her beloved dog Peanut. Preceded in death by brother Earl Jay Smith. We will miss you so much Grammy!
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, October 18th at 2:00 pm. Pleasant Grove Cemetery 500 N Main.
