KATHLEEN "KATHY" JANE SNEED McCALL
Kathleen "Kathy" Jane Sneed McCall, 57, of Spanish Fork, UT, passed away on April 6, 2009. Kathy was born in San Antonio, TX, on August 4, 1951, to the late John and Ora Sneed. Kathy married her high school sweetheart, Ronald McCall, in Houston, TX in 1970. After earning an Associate's degree from Blinn College in 1988 and a BBA from UT San Antonio in 1992, she pursued a career in accounting. Kathy served as the Finance Director for the Sundance Chapter of APICS and VP of Operations for the San Antonio Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi. Embroidery, genealogy, reading, hiking in the National Parks, and target shooting were her favorite hobbies. Kathy is survived by her husband Ronald McCall; children Alexia Shaffer and Alexander McCall; grandchildren Joshua and Evelyn Shaffer; sisters Mary Tadlock, Betty Sneed, Nancy Lousig-Nont, and Peggy Wilson; a substantial extended family; and a number of devoted friends including Stormy, her cat. The family and friends will celebrate her life with a memorial service to be held on April 10, 2009 at 1100 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ Of Latter-Day Saints, Mount Loafer Ward, located at 275 S 1400 E in Spanish Fork . The doctors, nurses, and staff in the Oncology Department at Central Utah Clinic deserve special thanks for the kindness they showed Kathy during her illness.
