Kathy Ann Buckles Leese

Kathy Ann Buckles Leese passed away peacefully in her sleep on August 14, 2006.
She is the daughter of Harry Buckles and Hazel Ellis. Kathy was born May 12, 1942 in Elko, Nevada. She was raised by her mother and stepfather Thomas Ellis. Kathy was an avid Harmony Kingdom collector and she also had a large doll collection. She loved her collection of pigs and angels. She loved animals of all kinds but she especially loved her dogs.
Kathy had an outgoing personality and was always smiling and laughing. She was loved by all who knew her. She was very close to and loved and adored her grandmother Sarah Jane Anderson. She was given much love and care by her loving husband William Leese through out her illness.
She was preceded in death by her father Harry Buckles and her stepfather Thomas Ellis.
Kathy is survived by her loving husband W. L., her mother Hazel Ellis, brother Robert (Dorothy) Ellis, sisters Margaret (Dennis) Hand, Joann (Brad) Pearson, one stepson, two stepdaughters and two step grandchildren.
At Kathy's request there will be no services. It was her desire to be remembered in life, not death. She will be loved and remembered always.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ASPCA.
