"Shiner"
Kay Shiner, beloved son, brother, father, grandfather and friend, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2007 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He was born on January 30, 1950 in Salina, Utah to Nelson Dee and Bonnie Shiner. Shiner was honest and hard-working. He loved being outdoors, camping, fishing and boating. He had an interest in cars and trucks, and enjoyed working on them. He also had a great love for dogs, and through the years, was blessed with the companionship of some very special dogs.
Shiner is survived by his mother: Bonnie, children: Laurie (Warren "Buddy") Wynn, Michelle (Matt) Graves, grandchildren: Emma and Ellie (Wynn), Zack (Graves), and some very close friends.
He is preceded in death by his father and his older brother, Dan.
Services will be held Sunday, September 9, 2007 at The Center For Spiritual Living 870 E. North Union Ave. (7145 S.) 6-8 PM, with graveside dedication Monday, September 10, 2007, Salina City Cemetery 12 noon.
